What happens if my holiday cannot go ahead due to government imposed legislative lockdown?

If we have to cancel your booking or you cancel because UK public health measures mean it is unlawful to travel to or make use of the accommodation you booked, you will obtain a cash refund of the amount paid previously for the affected booking.

What are your check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am – late check in/check out can be requested and we will do our best to accommodate such requests but cannot be guaranteed.

How do we get access to the property?

Upon receipt of your final payment, we will send a confirmation email which will include the code for our secure digital lock at the front door which houses a set of keys for the property.

What are your payment terms?

We will take a 20% deposit to secure the booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Other than during COVID times, up to 6 weeks before then your deposit will be non-refundable, if you cancel after you have paid final balance then you will receive a 50% refund.

Do we need to bring towels?

No, we have provided bath towels, and hand towels in each room as well as a cupboard full of more as well as beach towels.  There will also be tea towels supplied in the kitchen.  There is also cupboards with extra towels for your use during your stay.  We also supply large beach towels for outdoor use.

Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, no, there are small stairs into both properties.

Can I bring my pet?

We are completely dog friendly and both gardens are fully secure.  Both properties also have a medium sized dog bed and dog bowls.

Can I plug my own console in to the TV?

Yes, as long as you replace everything back to the way you found it.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, both properties have washing machines and tumble dryers as well as irons, ironing boards and clothes airers.

Do we have to pay for Wi-Fi or electricity?

No, these are both included in the price of your stay.

What facilities do you have for small children?

We have high chairs, travel cots, baby gates and pushchairs in both properties for your use.

How many people do the properties sleep?

Both properties have a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms as well as a fully sprung double sofa bed in the living room, so the maximum is 8 adults.

Is there parking available?

Yes, both properties have dedicated private parking for two cars with further on street parking available.

What is your minimum stay duration?

Our minimum stay is 3 nights.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card; however we do accept PayPal, bacs transfer and cheques.

How will I know when my balance is due?

Your deposit email will confirm your balance due date and amount, we will send a further email reminder on the due date.

Do you allow smoking?

No, both properties are non-smoking.

Do you offer a welcome pack?

Not as standard, however for very late arrivals we may be able to sort out a basic pack on request.

Do you supply cleaning products/toilet roll?

Yes, both properties are fully stocked with toilet rolls, washing up liquid, soap powder, dishwasher tablets, hand wash, sanitiser and general cleaning products.
